Who We Are
Accord Palliative and Hospice Care, Inc. is a community-based organization providing hospice care in Dallas, Texas, and its surrounding areas.
We are a licensed and certified organization locally owned and headquartered in Dallas, TX. We are licensed by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services and accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) to provide hospice services. We offer the highest clinical standards for day-to-day medical care, including providing pain and symptom management. Our patient-centered approach focuses on the needs of the patient and family, led by an interdisciplinary team. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and major insurance plans.
Our hospice interdisciplinary team of caregivers is comprised of:
